We’ve all heard the doom and gloom about global warming, climate change and dwindling natural resources. The whole issue is so vast that it’s understandable many people prefer to stick their head in the sand, deny anything is happening or feel they can’t make a difference anyway. Media reports suggesting that it’s all a ‘green conspiracy’ cooked up by ‘tree huggers’ don’t help us to take the issues seriously.
NICVA’s 2007 annual conference seeks to debunk a lot of the myths being bandied about and will offer realistic and practical steps to help individuals and organisations get to grips with the impact of climate change and dwindling resources.
